ENS Governance refers to the process by which changes and upgrades to the ENS system are proposed, discussed, and ultimately implemented. This is typically done through a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) where stakeholders have the ability to vote on proposals. The goal of ENS Governance is to ensure that the system remains decentralized and is able to adapt to changing needs and technological advances.Voting Power refers to an individual's or entity's ability to influence the outcome of a vote on proposals to change and upgrade the ENS system. Voting power is determined by the number of ENS tokens that a voter holds.
